We are committed to enabling safe and secure reuse of electronic products, responsible recycling to divert waste from landfills, and recovery of natural resources from obsolete electronic products.

We are seeking Recycling Technicians to join our day teams. The role involves manually disassembling electronic products in a specific area of the factory, moving, sorting, separating, and lifting materials efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and sort various electronic materials into assigned boxes, following product classification to maximize production efficiency.
  • Manually disassemble electronic materials using small tools with precision.
  • Adhere strictly to established policies, procedures, and work instructions for daily activities.
  • Sort materials into defined categories and accurately report on processed weights.
  • Record material weight data in the ERP system for comprehensive tracking.
  • Safely remove batteries from all electronic devices to prevent hazards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, emphasizing health and safety protocols.
  • Promptly communicate any issues or concerns to the production supervisor or representative.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team leader to contribute to overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or warehousing environments is highly valued.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are essential.
  • A strong commitment to personal safety and the well-being of coworkers is paramount.
  • Experience with various hand/pneumatic/electric tools is beneficial.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination are required.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 18 kg is necessary.
Working Conditions:
  • High volume of heavy equipment traffic requires vigilance and awareness.
  • Exposure to designated substances necessitates adherence to safety protocols.
  • Loud noise, hot/cold temperatures, and dusty conditions are common in this environment.
  • Repetitive tasks are performed in a fast-paced processing environment.
  • Wearing required PPE including respirator, safety glasses, gloves, and shoes is mandatory.
