Duties:

  • Provide information about impounds, collision procedures etc.
  • Assist customers with orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Multilingual abilities, especially French, are a plus

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and written communication
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Automotive experience is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and French is preferred
Must have a valid drivers license
