Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Greet patients and provide them with information needed and direct them in their next steps
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
  • Organize and schedule appointments for patients, meetings, and events with our Windsor location when necessary
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, file management and weekly bank deposits
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and offices we work with
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is required
  • Proficient in computerized systems such as Tracker, AbleDent, or any dental software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of dental office procedures is required

Job Types:

Salary:
$17.00-$25.00 per hour
