We are in need of a Full-time Sales Coordinator to assist Bunzl Industrial's expanding Sales Team with administrative tasks and customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison among Customers, Sales Representatives, Vendors, and the Inside Operations Team.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding order delivery time frames.
  • Handle order entry, tracking, and collaborate with freight companies and internal warehouses to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Source special order items for customers, provide substitute suggestions for back-ordered items, and offer support to our internal CSR and sales team.
  • Run open order and sales history reports along with other administrative duties.
  • Organize and manage a shared inbox of customer requests while maintaining a high level of service response.
  • Become a product expert to provide suggestions and quotes to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to assist with sales and orders, potentially identifying sales opportunities within current accounts and prospecting for new accounts.
  • Work with selling executives to review low-margin items and suggest substitutes or negotiate with vendors for cost support.
  • Support the E-commerce platform and assist with customer setups.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and BI.
  • Take ownership of your work, demonstrating pride in your performance and its impact on the business.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to recommend solutions with a positive approach.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive material effectively.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well in team settings or independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Deliver elite customer service and exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute as a dedicated team player.

Experience/Education:

  • College/University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in a similar role.
