Sanctuary AI is looking to hire a Technical Project Manager - Customer Projects.

As a versatile team member, you'll play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and completion of strategic customer projects.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, our new Technical Project Manager's responsibilities will span various crucial areas, ensuring the success and efficiency of our customer projects.

Our Success Criteria
Oversee the full lifecycle of complex customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
Facilitate sprint planning, maintain schedules, and deliver weekly progress reports
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
Communicate critical project status updates and risks to stakeholders promptly and effectively, employing appropriate formats to ensure clear understanding and facilitate informed decision-making
Define success criteria and metrics on the project/initiatives to help software development teams make data-driven decisions
Gather and articulate requirements meticulously to craft realistic execution plans, promoting clarity and alignment across teams
Drive cross-functional communication and collaboration to meet program requirements, fostering a cohesive team environment and ensuring successful project outcomes
Collaborate with customers, technical experts, and other stakeholders, to achieve program objectives and drive collective success
Prepare and present comprehensive program reports to internal and external stakeholders, delivering actionable insights and fostering transparency and trust
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by collecting feedback and lessons learned from each project
Your Experience Qualifications
Degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience in a related technical field
Proven ability to work efficiently to deliver large projects with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and evolving priorities
Expert understanding of project management practices, Agile methodology, and innovation processes
Experience managing research and development projects
A track record of technical excellence and successful project outcomes
Skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Excellent and adaptive verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with cross functional team project management
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
