Position Summary:


We are looking for a an Administrative Assistant who will be primarily responsible for assisting senior management within the company with day to day activities such as clerical and organizational tasks.


Job Duties:

  • Provide telephone answering services, determine purpose of calls and inquiries, and connect phone calls to appropriate persons
  • Schedule appointments and maintain correspondence logs in spreadsheets
  • Receive mail, organize and scan, coordinate outgoing mail
  • Perform administrative support duties
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills in English and working proficiency in Cantonese
