We are a construction and development company, focusing on builds outside of the GTA.

We currently have 4 projects underway and are looking to expand our team with a construction administrator to assist our project manager with several tasks.


Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team.

The Construction Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the construction projects by providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth operations.


Duties:

  • Manage and organize construction project documentation, including permits, contracts, and drawings
  • Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing
  • Support the project team with general administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Aspiring to be in the constructionrelated field
  • Knowledge of BuilderLynx system is an asset but not required
  • Ability to read working drawings
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of proofreading documents for accuracy

Job Type:
Part-time

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Construction: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
