As we continue to expand across the country, we are looking for a strong organized, and effective
CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR to assist our construction managers to organize projects across the GTA.

A large portion of this role will be the administration and coordination of projects as they progress, inputting data into our database, and keeping up-to-date records of information needed to complete projects.


To succeed in this role, you must have experience working with and understanding of administration and documentation in a construction environment.

Construction coordination or project-based experience is key.

Responsibilities

  • Update project management platform and internal trackers as needed for weekly project review.
  • Coordinate and organize paperwork for new locations.
  • Answer telephone and electronic inquiries, followup calls regarding permits, and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Ensuring appropriate document control and compliance through filing, composing, and editing documents and reports.
  • Supporting mail distribution and courier requests.
  • Other duties or projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Postsecondary degree or diploma or certificate in office administration program considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and be proactive in providing support.
  • Independent and able to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Attention to detail, wellorganized, and superior time management capabilities.
  • Experience working with and understanding administration and documentation in a construction environment.
  • Construction coordination or projectbased experience.

Salary:
$60,000.00 per year
