Job Description:

This temporary role is scheduled to commence on February 20th and will continue until July 19th. It is a chance to showcase your expertise in Field Administration while providing essential support to our on-site team. What would you be doing?

  • Receive packing slips, work tickets, and rental slips and enter the data in the system.
  • Work with Operations and Supply Chain Management to facilitate differences and desired Purchase Order Adjustments.
  • Receive invoices and perform the 3way match.
  • Enter the time for the field employees.
  • Handle reports for Key Performance Indicators.
  • Facilitate corrections.

Does this sound like you?

  • 35 years of experience in a similar role or are an asset in a relevant postsecondary program.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working in the oil and gas industry is an asset.
  • Having experience in Data Entry to IFS, Time Tickets, QC Receiving, Redlines, Creating MRR's.
  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances while on the job.
  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying and taking on projects and tasks.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
