We are currently searching for a Manager– Operations in Grande Prairie/Clairmont, Canada.

As an Operations Supervisor, your role involves overseeing all pressure pumping activities and personnel for pump repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, customization, and flow iron re-inspection.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may comprise:

Monitors and enhances safety on the shop floor; removing any unsafe practices to ensure a secure and organized work and product environment.

Establishes and oversees service infrastructure; ensuring the organization is prepared and trained.
Directs, motivates, and nurtures the team. Upholds the organization's culture and values. Fosters smooth operations; guaranteeing high standards and quality of technical work.
Leads the formulation of work plans, budgets, schedules, and assessment criteria for service operations, projects, and personnel.

Top Candidates will have:


Mechanical Journeyperson Red Seal certification with one to three years of relevant supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent blend of education and experience, ideally in the frac/pressure pumping sector.

General understanding of reciprocating plunger pumps, including gearboxes, power end assemblies, and fluid end assemblies.

Familiarity with high-pressure flow iron and testing in the Pressure Pumping field, although not mandatory, would be beneficialEmployee benefit details:
