Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process accurate and timely quotations for lighting design projects, in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure all necessary information is obtained to produce accurate quotations.
  • Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing and purchasing of materials, negotiation with suppliers, and managing delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Monitor and track deliveries to ensure they are received on time and in accordance with specifications.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure procurement activities are aligned with project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

Salary:
$20.00-$21.00 per hour
