About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Student Recruitment team as a Student Recruitment Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the team, including booking venues, managing registrations, and responding to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for Student Recruitment, including booking venues, liaising with third parties, and managing registrations in the booking system.
  • Support campus tour bookings and respond to inquiries.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including sorting and managing mail, ensuring efficient functioning of team equipment and technology, and scheduling events and meetings.
  • Support the collection and management of prospect data, and pull reports of prospect and recruitment data to support domestic and international recruitment team members.
  • Administer NAIT's Authorized International Representatives, including preparing, updating, and mailing documents and contracts.
  • Support recruitment travel administration, including arranging for shipping and receiving of recruitment materials.
  • Provide front-line support, answering calls, and greeting students, staff, and members of the public, as required.
Requirements
  • Completion of Grade twelve.
  • Related post-secondary certificate or diploma - Office Assistant Diploma or Administrative Professional Certificate or Diploma.
  • 2 to 3 years related experience.
  • Equivalencies may be considered.
