Administrative Analyst

Daily work responsibilities for this position could include:
- Analyze and interpret incoming communications from Land Agents
- Input, and track communications into Land Data Management System effectively
- Ensure all documentation is saved correctly
- Preparing reports
- Monitor, update, and maintain accurate records for client and field correspondence both electronically and hard copy
- Provide project support and coordination
- Various clerical duties
- Support leadership team in Special Projects and other duties as required.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and highly organized.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Teams
- Exceptional timemanagement and organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively with all levels within the organization.
- Creative problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to implement or suggest solutions to new and recurring issues.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a busy environment.
