Job Summary

CEDA is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Administrator/Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining CEDA's HSE statistical reporting, creating and disseminating corporate HSE communications, and ensuring compliance with third-party safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain CEDA's HSE statistical reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Create and disseminate corporate HSE communications (such as contribution to regular communication campaigns, trending-driven, and customer and industry/regulatory requirements)
  • Maintain third-party safety compliance registries such as ISNetworld, Avetta, Complyworks, etc.
  • Support the Health, Safety, Environment Management System (HSEMS) in remaining compliant with regulations and industry best practices
  • Promote CEDA's HSE achievements and culture through industry recognition programs
  • Participate in the bid process (HSE statistics, program information)

Requirements

  • HSE experience preferred with a minimum of 2 years plus in a similar role
  • Previous office administration or HSE Advisor experience may be considered for the right candidate
  • Health and Safety Administration Designation or HSE certification from a recognized industry body such as the Alberta Construction Safety Association is preferred
  • High School Diploma is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
