Responsibilities & Skills:

  • 6 years of programming experience in UNIX shell scripting, JCL Automation scripting and involved process improvements like value adds.
  • Understand of SRE principles and focus to drive daytoday work towards implementing SRE framework or implemented.
  • Operating Systems 80, Windows 20 and Linux shell scripting skills are required, at intermediate level SQL Server database and SQL queries and tuning.
  • Should be able to run SQL queries basic to intermediate level.
  • Good in data analysis, trouble shooting skills and ITSM knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with ITIL controls and access management.
  • Ability to run commands in Unix Linux.
  • Implement commands to debug the programs and to identify the root cause.
  • Must have good communication and Analytical skills.
  • Nice to have Hadoop, Hive platform, Cloudera, OpenShift.
  • Interacting with ServiceNow on incidents problems service requests and change deployments.
  • DevOps' process and deployments automated releases.
  • Good understanding or implemented CI/CD pipeline.
