Responsibilities & Skills:
- 6 years of programming experience in UNIX shell scripting, JCL Automation scripting and involved process improvements like value adds.
- Understand of SRE principles and focus to drive daytoday work towards implementing SRE framework or implemented.
- Operating Systems 80, Windows 20 and Linux shell scripting skills are required, at intermediate level SQL Server database and SQL queries and tuning.
- Should be able to run SQL queries basic to intermediate level.
- Good in data analysis, trouble shooting skills and ITSM knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Familiar with ITIL controls and access management.
- Ability to run commands in Unix Linux.
- Implement commands to debug the programs and to identify the root cause.
- Must have good communication and Analytical skills.
- Nice to have Hadoop, Hive platform, Cloudera, OpenShift.
- Interacting with ServiceNow on incidents problems service requests and change deployments.
- DevOps' process and deployments automated releases.
- Good understanding or implemented CI/CD pipeline.
