Drake International, a leading Canada wide recruitment firm who puts the human experience at the front of everything we do, is currently looking to add a Business Development Executive who is a "Hunter" by nature and eager to contribute to the growth of our Hamilton, Ontario branch. Although remote at the moment, this role will become a hybrid mix of 2-3 days in office. This role requires you to be on the road, meeting with clients from Hamilton through to the Niagara region on a weekly basis so residing within this sales territory is required.What you'll do:Marketing and Market Strategy:Maintain a thorough awareness of local markets (Hamilton and surrounding areas) as a means of identifying new business opportunitiesNew Business Development:Using your exceptional hunting skills you'll identify, secure and manage new sales opportunities within your region via cold calling, networking, lead follow up, presentations and creative selling on a daily basisContinue to foster existing client relationships, ensuring awareness of Drake's suite of services, cross selling for further revenue growthMeet with clients to gather accurate information regarding current and anticipated requirements, conduct service reviews, complete safety toursPrepare professional pricing presentations, handle all negotiations to ensure client satisfaction and profitability for DrakePosition Drake as a trusted, expert advisor on all HR and productivity issues through our "One Drake" talent management approachEnsure quick action is taken to address any client concerns or service issues, working with your Manager to provide a solution within 24 hoursEffectively manage your sales pipeline through our ATS system, ensuring all opportunities are documented and moving through the sales cycleSubmit weekly sales activity reports and sales plansWho you are:Sales is in your DNA.
