What You Will Do

This role works in partnership with the facilities team and reception coordinator.

The incumbent will assist and, in some cases, own in the day to day running of various facilities activities, including handling work orders, meeting event coordination (including setup and teardown), handling café and lunch spaces through restocking and distributing supplies.

In addition, this role will provide reception coverage.

The incumbent is a self-starter, they can prioritize the work and ensure work is performed, while maintaining delivering a high customer service experience to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities- Assist with addressing client concerns/issues using the work order system- Backup for Team Members - Facilities Coordinator- Lunch hour reception coverage- Work with landlord and other internal stakeholders to coordinate building services and enforce to building rules and regulations- Meeting event coordination and café cleanup- Stock and distribute supplies inventory as required- Furniture setup for meetings and external events/basic furniture & equipment installation

What We're Looking For:

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent work experience

Nice to have- Reception experience- Previous job or volunteer experience as a day porter or similar facilities role
