This role will be responsible for identifying and executing strategic partnerships that drive revenue, enable new products and services, and manage and drive the Lenovo ThinkShield partner and alliances platform.

This role offers an opportunity to help define Lenovo's security ecosystem solutions and service strategy and product roadmap and lead major initiatives within the company.

The candidate should have the ability to quickly develop expertise and a point of view on new industries, technologies partnership opportunities, and advocate for, and build consensus around, their recommendations among executives and other key stakeholders.

The candidate should be equally comfortable negotiating contracts and collaborating on product strategy, and should have experience leading complex, high-impact projects with cross-functional teams.

While managing the day-to-day partner relationships, the candidate will need to be able to see the big picture while remaining detail-oriented.

Evaluate new opportunities, provide strategic direction, and secure buy-in from internal and external executives
Build and deploy implementation plans that ensure initiative success
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, ops, legal, etc.), Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and BD groups across Lenovo to develop new businesses, products, and features
8+ years of business development, alliance, ecosystem management experience in the enterprise SaaS space
~Demonstrated ability to formulate and defend opinions regarding market and competitive direction
Excellent negotiation skills and extensive experience in contract negotiation, GTM plans and revenue modeling
Experience leading complex, senior executive-level discussions and negotiations
Bachelor's degree preferred, but track record of success and hunger go a long way
Track record of success in building and scaling ecosystems
