**Qualifications mínimales**:

- Baccalauréat ou expérience pratique équivalente

**Qualifications souhaitées**:

- Expérience en élaboration de contrats complexes (p. ex. rédaction, révision et discussion de contrats) dans une entreprise de technologie
- Connaissance de la modélisation financière, de la gestion de la relation client (GRC) (p. ex. Salesforce) et des systèmes de planification des ressources de l'entreprise (ERP)
- Capacité à présenter clairement les résultats d'analyse utilisés pour influencer la direction interne et externe
- Capacité à se débrouiller, à résoudre des problèmes et à travailler de façon autonome
- Capacité à diriger et à gérer plusieurs projets urgents
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de gestion de projets et de communication, et sens des affaires aiguisé

En tant que gestionnaire commercial pour le service des pratiques commerciales mondiales de Google Cloud, vous agirez à titre de partenaire stratégique des équipes internes, accélérant les délais de conclusion des contrats tout en réduisant les risques commerciaux et les risques liés aux contrats pour l'ensemble des produits Google Cloud. Vous discuterez de solutions rentables qui soutiennent Google Cloud, vous veillerez à ce que les besoins des clients soient satisfaits tout en minimisant les risques pour Google et les répercussions opérationnelles, et vous établirez et entretiendrez des relations avec les équipes de vente, les équipes interfonctionnelles internes et les conseillers à la clientèle.

**Responsabilités**:

- Intervenir directement auprès des clients du secteur entreprises pour mener des consultations commerciales et contractuelles, gérer les objections, faire connaître les demandes des clients aux intervenants internes et coordonner les approbations Examiner et préparer les révisions aux contrats, en utilisant un langage personnalisé, et des solutions de repli, le cas échéant
- Établir des relations avec les équipes pour accélérer la conclusion de contrats, favoriser l'amélioration continue des processus, et participer aux appels sur les prévisions, aux réunions du personnel et aux études d'activité pour se tenir au courant des priorités Servir de conseiller et de partenaire de confiance pour les groupes d'intervenants internes, y compris, sans s'y limiter, la direction des ventes, le service des pratiques commerciales mondiales, le service juridique, le service financier et le service du développement de produits
- Gérer les attentes des intervenants internes et externes, et leur présenter des solutions qui répondent à leurs questions et à leurs objections
- Assurer la gestion stratégique des négociations de contrats avec l'ensemble des intervenants internes et externes
- Travailler en collaboration dans l'ensemble de l'organisation mondiale avec les principaux dirigeants afin de formuler et de faire progresser les initiatives clés qui permettent de conclure efficacement les contrats
