What you'll do
  • Lead a team to build advertising campaigns using onsite and offsite products, setting up campaigns to reach clients' objectives
  • Work closely with the Activation team to ensure campaigns are executed as planned
  • Partner with the Sales team to understand client needs and recommend new campaign set-ups
  • Enhance campaign planning processes, methods, systems, and services
  • Utilize planning tools to provide strategic direction on tactics
  • Present research, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Build and develop an integrated planning team accountable for leading media plans
  • Collaborate with media partners to refine strategic roadmap
  • Share campaign performance case examples and trends in business reviews
What you'll bring
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising campaign planning, especially in retail media networks
  • Deep knowledge of campaign planning tools and optimization strategies
  • Technical expertise in digital advertising with a focus on producing meaningful insights
  • Track record of creating high ROI media plans and targeting recommendations
  • Leadership skills with experience managing junior team members
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Fast learner with strong relationship-building and project management skills
  • Results and detail-oriented with a focus on innovation
  • Bachelor's degree required
