Executive Assistant to the President

The Executive Assistant is a dynamic and engaging individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Serving in this critical enabling role, you will work directly with the President of LifeMark, helping ensure that the Executive Team is supported, organized and efficient activities that are led from the President's desk.
To be successful in this position, you will need to be passionate about enriching the health of Canadians You should be excellent communicator who gets energy from engaging with people and achieving results and will need to have demonstrated the ability to effectively prioritize workflow, possessing both excellent time management and project management skills.
This role will also rely heavily on your advanced technical proficiency within the Microsoft Office 365 programs such as Excel, Outlook, Word, Visio, and Powerpoint, at an intermediate to advanced level.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly activities for the President of Lifemark; including, but not limited to: standing and adhoc meetings, travel, monthly/quarterly business reviews
- Assisting with the design and preparation of detailed business presentations
- Tracking and reporting on key activities for strategic, crossfunctional programs/projects
- Reviewing materials and presentations in advance of meetings to ensure the objectives, agendas, and content is appropriate
- Organizing small and large meetings/functions/events involving multiple senior executives
- Establishing a regular meeting and reporting cadence to ensure the business is delivering results
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant to a President/CEO/SVP
- Someone who is passionate about wellness and helping others inside and outside of work
- Detailoriented individual with the proven ability to prioritize work flow
- Someone who loves working in a teambased, collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive Excellent project management experience
- High standards of ethics with an understanding of confidentiality, to handle sensitive information
- A Bachelors/College degree in a relevant field (i.e. business, communications) or a demonstrated amount of practical experience
- Knowledge of MS Office 365 / Sharepoint considered an asset
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Innovative/creative approach
- Fluent oral/written French-English bilingualism an asset
