THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Estate Operations Manager, you are an integral part of our team keeping everyone connected and operating as the red ribbon who ties everything together for multiple estates, modes of transportation, possessions, travel and estate operations.

This person will help support the VP of Operations and Andrea Thomas Hill directly to support the seamless operations for this Family and the staff that support them.

Some of the key activities you will support in are:

  • In conjunction with the Hill Family and the VP of Operations, develop an operational strategy that is aligned with the estate strategy and leads its execution. Works with team to put sustainable work processes and systems in place that support the execution of the strategy.
  • Manage internal and external team, fostering colleague commitment to providing excellent service
  • Demonstrates and communicates key drivers of family and guest satisfaction across all areas of their life
  • Is highly visible and interfaces with family and guests on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality workmanship, service and overall satisfaction.
  • Build and maintains a strong relationship between Hill Family, Estate Staff and Head Office
  • Ensures white glove luxury experience is maintained as per estate standards across all estates and belongings
  • Analyses and prepares schedules and systems to ensure standardization and cost control across all estates
