Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing medication profiles, and supervising pharmacy staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order and Maintain Stock: Ensure that pharmaceutical supplies are properly stocked and maintained to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Customer Service: Provide expert advice to customers on the selection and use of non-prescription medication, and ensure that prescriptions are filled accurately and efficiently.
  • Medication Management: Maintain accurate medication profiles, including registry of poisons and narcotic and controlled drugs.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of pharmacy assistants, technicians, and other staff members.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and instruction to individuals as needed.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Pharmacy Examining Boards of Canada Certification and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
  • Experience: Experience in a community or hospital pharmacy setting is an asset.
