  • Prepare weekly summary reports for review with market leaders and janitorial service
- providers

  • Conduct regular site audits, with third. party vendors for bottom performing stores and
- monitor vendor PIP's

  • Coordinate and communicate periodic work schedules with market leaders and store
- managers

  • Act as single point of contact for CBRE technicians and operations managers
  • Support all aspects of the Janitorial program and support Regional Operations Managers
- & Technicians at a regional level.

  • Conduct regular meetings with supplier partners and CBRE team members to identify
- and review corrective action plans to address service level deficiencies

  • Provide janitorial training and support to Regional Operations Managers and Technicians
- to help identified current or potential issues

  • Manage all janitorial WO's and monthly KPI performance
  • Coordinate the rollout of seasonal and enhanced cleaning programs and communicate
- scheduling with store managers and market leaders

  • Manage daily utilization of autonomous scrubbers (Avidbots) and work with supplier
- partners to increase utilization

  • Review vendor invoices uploaded in ServiceChannel for accuracy
  • Audit vendor sign in sheets to ensure vendors are fully staffed
  • Stay current on new equipment and technology to ensure vendors are using best in class
- equipment and providing cost effective services

  • EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training. Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
  • Facility Management certification preferred. Driver's license may be required.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
  • FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
  • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
  • REASONING ABILITY
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
  • OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet.
  • Ability to use work order system.
  • Working knowledge of architectural, electrical and mechanical systems. Working knowledge of leases, contracts and related documents.
