KNOWLEGDE, SKILLS and ABILITIES

A university degree or college diploma in engineering or equivalent CAD and SoildWorks expertise Understanding of Mechanical Design Familiarity with mechanical assembly procedures and tools Knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures, project management, work flow analysis, assembly processes and customer requirements as they related to products under development Knowledge of manufacturing quality Experience in a multidisciplinary Engineering/Manufacturing environment 2 years of leadership skills including the ability to inspire confidence and create trust Team player and demonstrates a high level of integrity 6-10 years of relevant experience Eligible to obtain Secret Level II Clearance
