Marlin Spring Developments is an award-winning development company, developing and building low-rise and high-rise communities throughout Toronto and the GTA.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales and Marketing Administrator to support the team. This pivotal role will involve providing comprehensive support to the Sales Operations and Marketing team.
The Role:
The Sales and Marketing Administrator will be responsible for the general support of sales operations and marketing offering administrative support to the sales operations team, marketing, and onsite sales staff.
This role is based out of head office and is a great opportunity to join a creative and dynamic team in the real estate development sector.
Responsibilities:In this role, there will be a significant amount of data entry, follow up and marketing coordination. The ideal candidate will have some experience with Newstar sales and very strong attention to detail.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Managing sales inquiries from homeowners
Purchaser follow up and detailed tracking of requests for, and receipts of deal paperwork.
Updating and distributing consolidated sales reports
Sales office set up and maintenance
Preparing purchase orders
Event management and vendor contracting
Ensuring the CRM and sales platforms are up to date
Scheduling and note taking for team / project meetings
Sales office supply management and scheduling of service calls/deficiency repairs as required.
Who You'll be Working with:
This role will be working with and primarily supporting both the Sales Operations and Marketing team.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you will have strong presentation skills and be inclined to be a public face for the developer.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Exceptional customer service aptitude
Microsoft Office Applications – Excel, Word, Outlook
Previous Newstar experience preferred
Must be able to adapt to a challenging and fast-paced environment
Must be committed to an in-office role and to working 3 days/week + 12:00pm-5:00pm on Saturdays and Sunday
Must have a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
Minimum of 2 years experience providing administrative support
