Role Overview:

As a Sales Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and fostering enduring client relationships. Your expertise in sales, particularly within the marketing sphere, will drive our business development efforts to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Championing the Brand: Present our brand and tailored proposals to clients with finesse.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture robust, longterm relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Compelling Presentations: Lead engaging presentations and meetings, showcasing our services and capabilities to potential clients.
  • Collaborative Proposal Development: Work closely with the marketing team to craft personalized proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a dynamic and healthy sales pipeline for sustained business growth.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes for informed decisionmaking.
  • Customized Proposal Creation: Analyze projects and craft bespoke proposals tailored to client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3+ years in sales, preferably within the marketing industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, adept at negotiation and problemsolving.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate within a team and work autonomously.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools like HubSpot.
  • Attitude: Positive demeanor, adaptable, and eager to learn.

This position is not remote and commuting to the office is required on a daily basis.

Salary:
From $55,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
