We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Personal Lines Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team of 14 professionals.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is eager to learn and shares our unwavering commitment to meeting our clients' needs.
Work Environment:
We offer flexible working arrangements, including a work-from-home option. Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Handling policy changes, renewals, endorsements, claims, and payments.
- Processing new business policies.
- Providing excellent customer service and managing incoming/outgoing phone calls related to policy changes, claims, and additional product offerings.
Qualifications:
- R.I.B.O license in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Lines.
- Proficiency in the Sig XP Broker Management System (an asset).
- Experience with Compu-Quote Rating System.
- Familiarity with online broker portals of various insurers.
- Strong computer skills related to brokerage tasks.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
