Role Overview
The primary role of the Dermatologist is to offer specialized care to patients with skin concerns. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient assessments, treatment planning, and evaluating outcomes
- Providing consult notes to referring family physicians
- Follow-up care for patients and coaching the nursing team
- Participating in company-provided training and education
- Adhering to company policies and protocols
- Collaborating with the marketing team
- Building relationships with patients and employees through effective communication
- Potential opportunities for leadership roles or equity in the company
Qualifications
- Medical Degree with Dermatology specialization
- Certification/eligibility with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
- Licensure eligibility with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
- Experience in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine preferred
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
