Reporting to the Director of the Consumer Insolvency Group, this role will become integral to the effective and efficient running of our Toronto head office.

Your days will be varied, from assisting with integral business functions such as invoicing to providing all administrative functions supporting a busy and thriving small business.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with administrative support, as required, for the President and Trustees
  • Assist team members with general administrative questions
  • Office Management
  • Liaise with building management where necessary
  • Order office and kitchen supplies and maintain inventory
  • Assist with maintaining shared office space
Minimum 2 years experience in office administration

  • Strong knowledge of general office procedures (mail, procurement, time tracking)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products
Adaptable and flexible to meet changing work needs and demands

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
