Le titulaire de ce poste est responsable de la coordination de l'exécution de divers projets liés à l'ATM et aux services gérés financiers.

Qu'allez-vous faire?_**
- Collaborer fréquemment avec les représentants des ventes pour prendre connaissance des spécifications de chaque entente conclue afin d'amorcer efficacement les procédures prévues et aider à la gestion de ce compte ;
- Faire un suivi avec le client pour s'assurer que la machine est entièrement fonctionnelle. Si ce n'est pas le cas, retourner le produit au fournisseur et assurer le remplacement, ou décider de toute autre action applicable ;
- Communiquer avec les sous-traitants/techniciens pour répartir le travail et optimiser leurs déplacements pour les installations;
- Pour gérer et aider avec les problèmes des clients, y compris le règlement.
- De temps à autre, assumer toute autre responsabilité ou effectuer diverses tâches demandées
- par la direction.
- Soutenir le déploiement et l'installation de la banque
- Fournir un soutien en français aux clients des banques régionales
- Coordonner les projets de mise à niveau des banques
- Activer le dossier administratif du client en remplissant les formulaires requis et en les acheminant aux destinataires appropriés compte tenu de la configuration du GAB ;
- Faire un suivi avec le client, dans les deux jours ouvrables suivant l'installation, pour s'assurer que la machine est entièrement fonctionnelle. Si ce n'est pas le cas, renvoyez le produit au fournisseur pour remplacement ou décidez de toute autre action applicable.
- Pour assurer l'exactitude de toutes les informations de compte.
- Gérer l'inventaire local des GAB neufs et d'occasion ;
- Assurez-vous que les guichets automatiques en inventaire, à Montréal comme ailleurs au Canada, sont propres et en bon état, en effectuant ou en faisant effectuer la vérification personnellement.
- Pour commander au comptoir et interagir avec les fabricants

The incumbent of this position is responsible for coordinating the execution of various projects related to ATM and financial managed services.

The How_**
- To frequently collaborate with the Sales representatives to gain awareness of the specifications of every agreement struck so as to effectively begin planned procedures, and assist the management of that account;
- To follow up with the client to ensure that the machine is fully functional. If it is not, return the product to the supplier and ensure replacement, or decide on any other applicable action;
- To communicate with sub-contractors/technicians to distribute the work and optimize their movements for installs;
- To manage and assist with customer escalated issues including settlement.
- From time to time, assume any other responsibility or carry out various tasks requested
- by management.
