**Position Details**:
You'll enjoy flexible 8-hour shift options scheduled between 6:00AM to 6:00PM EST Monday to Friday. After completing our 12-week training program, you will work in a hybrid work environment with three days in the office and two days at home. The hourly target salary for this position is 21.20$ with a 1,200 yearly bonus.

**You Will**:

- Deliver a positive customer experience through order entry, order follow-up, shipment tracking, updating orders, account corrections, credits, returns, and more
- Listen to customer needs, ask exploratory questions, and interpret customer requirements to provide solutions
- Combine service, sales and technical system skills with product knowledge, to uncover customer needs and provide solutions
- Seize opportunities to promote the benefits of doing business with Grainger and provide solutions with product alternatives and services
- Identify leads for further selling opportunities to improve sales growth
- Analyze information to resolve inquiries and complex problems
- Communicate with customers and business partners to inform them of the status of their request through to completion

**Détails du poste**:
En tant que représentant bilingue du service à la clientèle, vous fournirez un service à la clientèle exceptionnel par téléphone et par courriel dans un environnement de bureau de centre d'appels entrants et vous relèverez d'un superviseur du centre de service à la clientèle. Les membres de notre équipe doivent être des participants actifs dans un environnement de travail qui encourage la responsabilité, l'encadrement et le travail d'équipe afin d'atteindre les objectifs de notre entreprise, des coéquipiers et des clients avec une grande efficacité.

Vous profiterez de nos options de quarts de travail de 8 heures, programmés entre 6 h 00 et 18 h 00 HNE du lundi au vendredi. Après avoir suivi notre programme de formation de 12 semaines, vous travaillerez dans un environnement de travail hybride avec trois jours au bureau et deux jours à domicile. Le taux du salaire pour ce poste est actuellement de 21,20 $ l'heure avec un bonus annuel de 1.200$.

**Vous serez responsable**:

- De livrer une expérience client de qualité supérieure (saisie des commandes, suivi des commandes, suivi des expéditions, mise à jour des commandes, corrections de comptes, crédits, retours, etc.).
- D'écouter les besoins des clients, de poser des questions exploratoires pertinentes et d'interpréter les exigences des clients afin de fournir des solutions.
- D'allier les compétences en matière de service, ventes et systèmes et la connaissance des produits, pour découvrir les besoins des clients et trouver des solutions.
- De saisir les occasions de souligner les avantages de faire affaires avec Grainger et d'offrir des solutions avec des produits et des services de substitution.
- D'identifier les opportunités pour d'autres occasions de ventes et augmenter la croissance des ventes.
