As a Bilingual Payroll Consultant at ADP, you will assist clients in utilizing ADP's top-notch business solutions, enabling them to focus on growing their businesses effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to internal and external clients, including guidance, troubleshooting, and evaluation to identify solutions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on assigned cases to meet service level agreements and enhance client trust in ADP.
  • Professionally and promptly address client queries related to WFN modules (Payroll, Time & Attendance, HRB).
  • Research and respond to a wide range of payroll, pay practice, and tax-related questions from clients.
  • Resolve incoming calls and emails from clients, delivering exceptional customer service within expected timeframes.
  • Handle complex projects such as calculation updates, reports, and troubleshooting tasks for clients.
  • Develop internal documentation to support responses to payroll-related inquiries.
  • Identify and escalate issues or opportunities from client interactions to the appropriate ADP team.
  • Enhance knowledge of ADP's Payroll, Time and Attendance, and HR application to better assist clients.
  • Continuously update skills and knowledge through various resources to stay informed on statutory laws and new products.
  • Proactively suggest enhancements to products and support processes to improve the client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and ADP service hubs to resolve issues effectively.
  • Participate in training less experienced associates on product knowledge and procedures.
  • Provide feedback on products, processes, and procedures to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Payroll, with strong knowledge of ADP's WFN product.
  • Familiarity with Mainframe/CCI (Paytech/Autopay) is essential.
  • Experience with TLM/EZLM is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word/Excel).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Availability to work between 8 am - 8 pm EST.
  • Mandatory fluency in English and French.

*For Quebec candidates: Proficiency in French is required for Quebec-based roles, while English proficiency is necessary due to the global scope of the business.

  • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Payroll/HR.
  • Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) certification is a plus (PCP).
