We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the following regions and surrounding areas: Key ResponsibilitiesPsycho-social AssessmentsSelective assignment of Case Management responsibilitiesDevelopment of OCF-18 plans under Ontario's Statutory Accident Benefit regulationsProvision of counselling services in a variety of settings (e.g.

in person, via telephone, cyber counselling)Extensive documentation and report writingOngoing collaboration with other medical and rehabilitation professionalsOpportunity to work with adults and childrenIndividual, couple and family counsellingCareer and vocational counselling and assessmentsKey QualificationsMaster's degree (MSW)Current registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service WorkersExperience in a health care setting, and ideally in the communityClinical experience with head trauma and brain injury is considered an assetFamiliarity with relevant legislation (e.g.

Health Care Consent Act, Mental Health Act, etc.)Superior communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary teamSelf-motivated and demonstrated ability to manage a busy and varied caseloadCompletion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector CheckAll applicants must also have a valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel.
