Qualification:

  • Completion of an undergraduate program in Kinesiology / PTA / Athletic Therapy or equivalent an asset.
  • Have experience in a clinical setting preferred
  • Strong team player
  • Great communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow with our multidisciplinary clinic
  • Working knowledge of Universal EMR

Responsibilities includes

  • Conducts individual and group therapy sessions under the direction of the Physiotherapist and/or Chiropractor.
  • Monitors and progresses patient's therapy program as needed within the range directed by the Physiotherapist and/or Chiropractor.
  • Supervises exercise programs as assigned by the Physiotherapist and/or Chiropractor.
  • Positions patients and performs range of motion exercises directed and assigned by the Physiotherapist and/or Chiropractor.
  • Assembles and installs assistive technology and devices and trains patients in their use under the direction of the Physiotherapist and/or Chiropractor.
  • Provides assistance to the Physiotherapist and/or Chiropractor. during treatment.
  • Transports patients to and from the therapy area.

Job Types:

Salary:
$16.55-$18.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
