The Project Coordinator, Integrations (PCI) will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of all of our integration based projects. In this role, you will help us drive exceptional project delivery, create valued and trusted partnerships, and support streamlined project delivery for growth and scalability.
You will coordinate between clients and stakeholders, setting expectations for deliverables across teams, identify key roadblocks, and work with the team members involved to keep projects moving. Additionally, you will establish rapport internally and externally, as they work with others to meet objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
Lead the coordination of multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, effectively managing expectations and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned Implement and maintain project management methodologies to ensure consistent project execution and success Monitor project progress, identify and address potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary Facilitate collaboration across project teams and departments to ensure resources are efficiently utilized and projects are successfully delivered.What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field At least 3 years of proven experience in project coordination or management, with a strong background in leading successful projects Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners Proficiency in project management software and tools Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing large-scale, dynamic technical projects with fast-paced timelines, competing resources, and priorities Significant experience in customer facing roles. Experience of working with and influencing senior managers. Able to build and maintain effective and credible relationships with key stakeholders and across all areas of the business Excellent communication skills Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies Advanced degree in a related field Industry-specific experience relevant to our company's focus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to think strategically.Why join?
