At Integrated Automotive Experience, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our national marketing program, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality projects that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support national marketing programs, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client satisfaction metrics.
  • Develop estimates, budgets, and work-back-schedules for clients, leveraging your analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and solve problems with ease, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, team members, and clients to ensure seamless project execution, showcasing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Track project KPIs and analytics, providing valuable insights to improve program performance.
  • Support onsite events, including setup, execution, and reporting, demonstrating your ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience supporting national programs, with a proven track record of success.
  • Degree, Diploma, or Certification in a related field, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required, and travel Canada-wide for an average of 10% per year.
