Cenovus is currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Human Resources team in Calgary, Alberta, who will be a member of the Talent Excellence team reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.

As the successful candidate, you will provide end-to-end Talent Acquisition expertise to the business units including – Talent Strategy Meetings, strategic sourcing support, candidate assessment / management, offer recommendations, etc.

, Flawlessly deliver full-cycle Talent Acquisition to the business including:

Collaborating with Hiring Leader on job posting content
Support the business to mitigate risk and mitigate bias during the Talent Acquisition process
Minimum 8 years' experience as a professional Talent Acquisition Partner
Thorough understanding and hands-on experience using an ATS (ie: SuccessFactors, Workday, Taleo)
Creative, innovative, and results oriented
Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to influence and create impact
Post-secondary education in HR or related field is preferred

Internal candidates that are currently in a lower grade will be assessed based on their sustained job performance, how they demonstrate the expected organizational competency behaviors and values and in discussions with their current leader prior to determining next steps.
