For more information on SNDL, please go to the RoleReporting to the Vice President of Real Estate, the Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing real estate and maintenance functions for SNDL group of companies which will include a portfolio of offices, warehouses, and both cannabis and liquor retail locations.

Role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversee all Repair & Maintenance requests and support Properties Services Technician and track repair and maintenance spendingCoordinate responsibilities to ensure after hours emergencies are supportedWork with retail Store Managers and Landlords to manage and oversee repair and maintenance requestsReview Lease Agreements to determine responsibilities, and operations requestsInform retail Store Managers of notifications received from LandlordsReview property turnovers with the Landlords to ensure terms are metComplete property condition auditsSet up and cancel utilities as requiredKeep track of various expenses and provide monthly rent payments and adjustments, working in conjunction with the finance departmentSet up contracts with suppliers for property maintenance including lot maintenance, HVAC maintenance, garbage removal and establishing vendor listsReview and sign off approval of rent, utility, repair and maintenance.

Schedule and coordinate all preventative maintenance, including HVAC, refrigeration contracts, interior cleaning, and signageWork with operations and loss prevention teams to ensure all physical store functions are in good repairExperience & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of property management experience requiredDegree or Diploma in Business, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferredProperty Management Certification is an assetExperience with the Lucernex & understanding lease agreements would be an assetDemonstrated ability to lead a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office requiredMust have the ability to travelA valid driver's license is requiredAs a valued member of the SNDL team, you will enjoy:
