$22-25/hr
3 month contract, Temp-perm
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for purchase order management to ensure accurate and timely delivery of critical products and services. Execution based on creating and maintaining a list of essential supplies, following corporate policies and tools including the online ordering module in SAP for multisites.
- Assist in the preparation of operating performance reports which includes gathering data creating/preparing reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the daily employee's productivity tracker logs.
- Data gathering and preparation of other reports and analysis as requested and directed by Operations Management.
- Support the generation of monthly client billings through data gathering and preparation of client billing templates to ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
- Work with the Finance department to ensure timely processing and accuracy of vendor payments, customer billing, month end accruals, and investigate any discrepancies for all sites assigned.
- Support to the facility CI Leader as required.
- Direct support of floor level requirements such as the creation and maintenance of operating SOPs, training materials and visual management tools, system entries, etc.
- Prepare documents and presentations for internal and client meetings as requested by Management.
Job qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years Purchasing and Administrative experience in the logistics field.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, multitasking environment.
- Continually seeks innovative ideas to increase efficiency and remove waste.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
