What will I be doing?


In addition to ensuring every Guest feels Cared for, Valued and Respected, the
Corso Host/Hostess will be responsible for greeting Guests in a prompt and courteous manner while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude.

Upon Guest arrival, the
Corso Host/Hostess will ensure that the seat and table selection is to the Guests satisfaction. When accepting reservations, the Host/Hostess will be responsible for communicating special Guest requests to Management.


General knowledge of the menu and responding to Guest inquiries about the restaurant and/or its services will also be required.


Experience

  • Previous guest service experience is an asset

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Quick and effective problemsolving tactics
  • Positive and professional attitude

Onboarding Requirements

  • Must be available weekends, long weekends, holidays
