Are you a professional skincare enthusiast passionate about providing top-notch customer service?


We are seeking a French and English-speaking, highly motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Your bilingual skills will be valuable, allowing you to provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base.

With your in-depth skincare knowledge, you can provide valuable product recommendations and information, ensuring a positive and delightful experience with our brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customers with accurate and personalized product recommendations and information
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating them as necessary
  • Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Staying uptodate with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in spoken and written French and English
  • 3 or more years of experience in customer service, preferably in the skincare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Google Office and customer service software
  • Esthetic or Cosmetology certification
