As a Manager, Business Support Operations your responsibilities will include:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Service Line Leaders across several regions
  • Provide thoughtful, strategic, and proactive analysis on work in progress (WIP), accounts receivable (AR), utilization, and other adhoc reporting
  • Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement within the team and the organization
  • Collaborate with other National teams to establish best practices and solve problems
  • Provide guidance and feedback to more junior colleagues
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of presentations both virtually and inperson
  • Be a champion of PowerBI reports and support training of end users
  • Advise on complex billing matters and responsibly approve credit notes, bad debts, refunds, and other adjustments within established authorization limits

  • Completed postsecondary education (university degree and/or college diploma)
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience
  • Agile in the face of change and proven problemsolver with solid analytical skills
  • Articulate, inspiring and versatile communicator (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to establish and develop meaningful relationships and earn the trust and confidence of colleagues at all levels, influence decisionmakers, and lead change
  • Strong people management and leadership skills, especially in the areas of coaching and development of team members and project management
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented multitasker who works equally well independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Experience with practice management software (STAR, D365) would be considered an asset
