YOUR MISSION:


The Coordinator, Trailer Maintenance is focused on working with customers to schedule preventative maintenance requests of rented trailers, coordinating the repairs performed by third-party vendors, performing trailer inspections, monitoring yard inventory, and executing daily administrative tasks.


YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Prepare quotes to include pricing, parts and lead times.
  • Dispatch vendors for trailer maintenance, repair, and recovery functions.
  • Track repair order process and hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedule.
  • Communicate with customers as needed for maintenance updates including changes to schedule or work, or billing or satisfaction concerns.
  • Open Purchase Order in maintenance system and ensure required paperwork is received.
  • Complete trailer inbound & outbound inspections.
  • Complete yard inventory in main yard and remote yards.
  • Scan required documents as needed.
  • Code invoices in system.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Dedication to exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and analytical skills.
  • Detail orientated with the ability to prioritize and act on urgency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in French and in English.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of MIR Maintenance Management software, considered an asset.
  • Clean driving record, and willingness to travel to remote yards on occasion.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, and work overtime on occasion.
