Job Title: Production Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at Les Productions MAJICAM Inc.

Job Summary:

The Production Assistant will provide administrative support to the production team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements, setting up equipment, and performing various tasks as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries, making reservations as needed
  • Set up equipment for productions
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the production team, including driver's license checks and vehicle maintenance
  • Ensure the team has the necessary resources and information to complete tasks efficiently
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

The Production Assistant will work in a variety of locations, including rural areas and video production companies. The role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
