English Sales Representative

SITE123 is a leading platform for website creation, dedicated to simplifying the process. We're on the lookout for a talented and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
If you're passionate about SAAS sales, we'd love to chat with you.
As part of this role, you'll be pivotal in growing our customer base by effectively managing leads and sealing deals via phone, chat, and email.Your main goal will be to hit monthly, quarterly, and yearly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
If you have a background in website creation tools and a solid grasp of SAAS products, this could be the perfect fit for you.
**Requirements:**- Experience and knowledge of website creation
- Demonstrated customer service/sales experience
- Excellent customer service abilities and commitment to assisting clients
- Proficiency in web browser environments
- Creative, independent, and problem-solving skills
- Previous sales background
- Fluency in ENGLISH, FRENCH, SPANISH, ITALIAN, GERMAN
- Proficiency in multiple languages
- Familiarity with various website creation platforms
As a Sales Representative, you'll:
- Handle leads and finalize deals via phone, chat, and email
- Ensure a positive and personalized sales experience
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and customer satisfaction KPIs
