Responsabilités principales

Responsable des interactions quotidiennes et des fonctions de vente entre les clients, les responsables de territoire et les fonctions d'approvisionnement du produit. Service à la clientèle par téléphone, communications personnelles et électroniques Soutenir les chefs de territoire en mettant l'accent sur le respect des devis, des commandes et de la correspondance. Développement de la connaissance de l'industrie et des produits afin d'améliorer le service à la clientèle Effectuer des tâches de bureau et de soutien, telles que classer, saisir des données, stocker des stocks, etc.

Qualifications

Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis Minimum 1 année d'expérience dans la vente industrielle ou dans le domaine du service clientèle (préférence de la vente au comptoir et de la rencontre face à face) Bilingue - français et anglais Expérience dans les environnements industriels, en particulier nos principales lignes de produits, considérée comme un atout. Formation au service à la clientèle préférée Capacité à établir des relations avec les clients grâce à une approche axée sur les solutions Solides compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps Maîtrise de Microsoft Office Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide. Doit être autorisé à travailler légalement au Canada

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Ville St Laurent, QC. Our ideal candidate will represent Hercules with a strong positive attitude and a solutions-based approach to their work; all in an effort to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day interactions and sales functions between clients, Territory Managers and the product supply functions within Hercules Client service via telephone, in-person and electronic communications Support Territory Managers with a focus on fulfilling quotations, orders and correspondence Development of industry and product knowledge to enhance client service Performs clerical and support tasks such as filing, data entry, inventory storage, etc

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 of year experience in industrial sales or related customer service field (counter sales experience preferred) Bilingual-French and English Experience in industrial settings preferred. Customer Service training preferred Ability to build client relationships through a solutions-based approach Strong organizational and time management skills Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
