**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to all inbound sales inquiries and convert to rentals/reservations
- Follow up on all outbound sales opportunities
- Manage and track all sales requests through CRM
- Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions
- Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability
- Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals, customer feedback, and obstacles
- Become a valuable and helpful resource in all of your dealings with customers and create a friendly reputation in the industry

- Proven work experience in a similar role (2+ years experience)

Vous établirez des relations fructueuses avec de nouveaux clients afin de stimuler les affaires et d'augmenter les revenus.

Responsabilités:

- Répondre à toutes les demandes de vente entrante et les convertir en locations/réservations.
- Assurer le suivi de toutes les opportunités de vente sortantes
- Gérer et suivre toutes les demandes de vente par le biais du CRM
- Maintenir une bonne compréhension de l'inventaire, des caractéristiques et des spécifications techniques des produits afin de répondre aux questions spécifiques des clients.
- Créer de nouvelles méthodes ou stratégies pour aider l'équipe de vente à atteindre les objectifs mensuels de revenus des produits afin d'augmenter la rentabilité de l'entreprise.
- Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires de l'équipe de vente et fournir des informations à la direction sur les chiffres de vente, les objectifs, les commentaires des clients et les obstacles.
- Devenir une ressource précieuse et utile dans toutes vos relations avec les clients et se créer une réputation amicale dans le secteur.

Qualifications:

- Expérience professionnelle avérée dans un rôle similaire (2+ ans d'expérience).
- Parfaitement bilingue (FR et EN)
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle
- Esprit d'équipe motivé
