We are seeking a Field Sales Associate to join our team in GTA East. In this role, you will be responsible for boosting sales by increasing volume and distribution in the designated territory of GTA East and nearby areas. The Field Sales Associate will be tasked with achieving and surpassing distribution, merchandising, and sales targets across the entire Declaration Wine & Spirits portfolio, all while building enduring relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls to both new and existing customers on a predefined route, which can include various account types such as retail and on-premise locations
  • Implement monthly display promotions in accounts as per set standards
  • Stay informed about industry trends and report relevant developments
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships

Budget Management

  • Oversee and manage operating expenses and budget appropriately
  • Exceed annual revenue and distribution targets for the assigned territory

Administration

  • Monitor and track marketing initiatives
  • Participate in events, training, meetings, and organize tastings and events as needed
  • Prepare reports and sales materials
  • Utilize Salesforce to plan weekly routes and track objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Service
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications and business tools
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
