Now, we're searching for a seasoned professional to join us as an Experienced Custom Cabinet Sprayer and Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

As the head sprayer and Team leader, you will play a pivotal role in our production process

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Skillfully prepping MDF, veneers, and various species of solid wood to perfection for priming, painting and staining
  • Ability to spray solvent based lacquers
  • Spray stain capability is a huge asset
  • Manage spray booth team and department
  • Estimate and manage all materials required for production
  • Uphold an unwavering attention to detail to achieve flawless finishes that exceed expectations
  • Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance when necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years as a custom cabinet sprayer
  • A distinguished eye for detail and a track record of delivering impeccable quality
  • Expertly operating tools such as random orbital sanders, routers, and a variety of precision hand tools
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
  • Demonstrate pride in your meticulous work and maintaining an persistent commitment to excellence
  • Effortlessly handling objects weighing 50 to 75 lbs, ensuring a safe and productive workspace
  • Physical capacity to stand for extended periods
  • Use of proper Personal Protective Equipment is required
  • Maintain a clean working area free from dust and debris between tasks and at end of day.
  • A proven aptitude for excelling in fastpaced, everchanging environments
